I am pretty sure my mr2 used to have a hardtop and am going to buy one what should be on my car so that I can fit the roof ?? s:?: :?: s:?:
Easy way to tell will be two metal brackets between the engine bonnet and where the soft top starts (one just behind each seat), and two tall posts sticking up inside the cabin (again, one just either side and behind of the seats).

so will the top just clip on??
Could there be something missing of the top that would stop it fixing on or are all the clips attached?
AFAIK, the top just clips on to the posts and above the windscreen as normal (the clips for the side posts are inside the hardtop).
Now all you need is a hardtop s:wink: :wink: s:wink:
