Does anybody have any experience of these speakers and able to comment on the quality of sound?

I know Alpine are the buddhas of head units, but what are they like for speakers?

Finally, from numerous searches on here, it would appear the size of speaker which i should be going for is 16.5cm - can anybody confirm this and is anybody able to sugest whether these will fit or not

Thanks in advance,

Richie.

got them installed and can confirm the size, as for the make of speakers, whilst a lot of people will say Focals are the best, listen to Rainbows, they beat them hands down and make them sound like childs play, take your time on this one, a mistake can be costly

also just wondering who makes "rainbows", are there any UK suppliers and are they quite dear (i.e. more than a set of focals?)

no, they're not dear, your looking around £80-£100 for a set of 16.5 components
