how about this folks... my mates selling his 93 import mr2 turbo running about 320 bhp, the car is shagged, doors just hanging on, dints all over etc, but i was there wen he paid for his engine re-build, its not a pretty site to see a grown man cry.... Anyway, ive got a welder, a grinder and a screwdriver and im not affraid to use it, how much trouble could it be to fit that engine in my Xreg mr-s??

Patrick Mortell (aka Rogue) is already doing just that, although there isnt much publicly available info on the project. The project has been discussed on here, but only briefly.

The unfinished car made an appearance at JAE last year, sporting it's Veilside kit on the Rogue Systems (now Rogue Motorsport) stand.

The project (IIRC) is due for completion by May of this year. Target power output is ~400bhp s8) 8) s8)

Hi Im sure Patrick had to cut away some of the chassi to get it to fit. I dont think it just dropped straignt in.

I have seen the car last time I went up to their workshop.
