this aint good, i've just got back from Abbey and they've confirmed that the last install by another garage was cocked up as well s:(

tell me about it, i took it to toyota in the first place because i thought that a job of this size was better done by a toyota main dealer, in retrospect i should have taken it to the Citroen garage where it is now as toyota aint worth dick in my books s:evil: :evil: s:evil:

Seriously, you have to wonder how much of an issue build and service quality has become, and how big a contribution this has made to Toyota's decision.
