Toyota Lip Kit

Am looking into the possibility of getting a lip kit for my MR-S (1999).

The only thing that concerns me is that my car is already seriously low, how much lower does the lip make the car compared to the standard bumper? (10mm, 20mm etc)

All help much much appreciated.

Also thinking about respraying my standard alloys, my car is red so black or white rims?

black rims for sure, i have seen 2 beautiful examples of this being done, spit and wabbitkilla.

not sure about the lip kit though on britains roads.
