On my usual drive home tonight from work along the A610 towards J26 of the M1.

Coming the opposite way saw two Blue '2s, a red one and a black one. Admittedly, most were driven by birds in their own little world, but not a wave, flash, nothing..... I've given up being friendly s:(

So if you see a grumpy bloke in a silver '2 around Notts it's probably me s:lol: :lol: s:lol:

Top down flying along the A13 this morning, spotted a black 'X' 2 in front of me. I caught up with him and smiled as I went passed and .....nothing s:(

I know we have the club window stickers (which I haven't got....go on flame me s:evil: :evil: s:evil: ) but maybe we need a big placard on the roof saying I'm friendly, I wave or we could go Hells Angels / 70s child styleeee and put a big flag on the aerial (apart from mine is now permanently down whilst CDs are on s:roll: :roll: s:roll: )

If I keep seeing the same cars, I've decided I'm gonna be flashing away (the lights s:twisted: :twisted: s:twisted: ) until I get a response. I will make them wave s:D

much as it pains me to admit, i think they're getting too......dare i say the word....common!!!
I've been seeing quite a few new ones recently, down the same stretch of road (A13 - between Bas and Leigh, for those familiar), and I'm with the waves and flashes, and I get nothing s:(

So i'm worried it's cos there's so many about now.
But hey, I was on the road at 7am today with my top down, and loving it, so who cares!! s:D

Saw 4 2's in the Meadows carpark in Chelmsford on Saturday and not one Celica!.

If anyone here sees a lovely looking lagoon blue (the fastest) celica that flashes them, its me - SO FLASH BACK!

Well we're heading up the lake district at the weekend and back the weekend after. Might spot one or two '2s on the 500 or so mile round trip s:wink: :wink: s:wink:

I wonder if you can rig up an ocean liner fog horn to blast when you flash your lights to get people's attention s:twisted: :twisted: s:twisted: s:lol: :lol: s:lol:

Yeah but seriously almost every 2 I have ever flashed has flahed back..drove past a 2 the other day and he tipped his head to me, so i nodded back..

It was funny the other day I was picking my GF up from the bus stop, when i noticed a 2 further down the road..I went past my GF who was at the bus stop...flyered the 2 then came abck for her! She said i knew you'd do that! s:wink: :wink: s:wink: She's learning as well..she notices things like hardtops.. as well now!
