Driving on the M6 the other day with the roof down...what do I spot in my mirror but a green 03 MR2 with the roof down.  As we passed through some roadworks we were able to have a brief, shout across lanes! I hasten to add the speeds were almost stationary at this point. And I know it was stupid, and I wouldn't advocate doing it to anyone else.

Anyways I cannot believe the difference the TTE springs make to the overall appearance of the car.  It loooked so much wider, and squat than my car. Have to say this was the best looking MR2 i've seen.  Jspec badging...MR2 badge removed..and postert exhaust which looks IMO much much better than the TTE. Wish I had gone for that now..

It's hard to know how your car sounds, but it's my second mr2 - and I had all the extras fitted that the first one didn't have.

Its nice to hear that the Apexi air filter really makes a difference.

Yes it sounded awesome, sounded almost flat four ish.  Love the look of the exhaust as well, more inkeeping with the lines of the 2. TTE looks aftermarket compared to that.  It's very similair to the german exhaust that was talked about a while back.

The Jspec Spyder badge in the corner with no other badges looks awesome also.

Im still puzzled as to who's was cleaner though....  s:wink: :wink: s:wink:

Looks as awesome as i remember! Looks so much better without that MR2 badge on the back..the postert exhaust looks miles better than the TTE as well I think...and I can vouch for the sound!

The spoiler is one of a couple Toyota offer (as I recall the other is mounted higher up between the grille and softop). Underneath it has the Toyota badge and number PZ 402-W0450.

Now it's clean - I'm away for a drive - on a day like this in Manchester it's too nice to stay indoors...

After seeing a 2 in the Turbo meet last week in the same shade, I think that green is my favourite colour now; looks awesome.   s:shock: :shock: s:shock:  Must also get one of thos spoilers  s:lol: :lol: s:lol:

Yep Green does look awesome..

The spoiler part no is as Mike posted above..and IIRC it cost about £350 fitted and painted...which is quite a lot for a wide ruler.  Still I think its the most inkeeping spoiler with the cars looks..just does enough to make the car look longer..I'm surprised how few have them..

Yeah it does look good. I actually ordered the MS-Design rear spoiler which basically looks identical to the toyota one. When I ordered it, they told me I would have it within a week, over a months wait and no sign of it, so I told them they could forget about it. Went ahead and bought 2 subs, new headunit and amp instead(though it did come out twice the cost of the spoiler   s:) :) s:)   ). Will go ahead and order the toyota one in a not too distant future..
