Hi all, my names Ben and I've been looking around here for a few days now after recieving an e-mail from Liz after I was spotted bidding for MR2 items on e-bay!! s:shock: :shock: s:shock:

Anyway, last weekend I put down a deposit on a 2000 X-reg MR2 which should be mine in about 2 weeks - I can't wait s8)

s8) She's bright yellow with black leather and hardtop/AC. Also has had the Toyota bodykit fitted since new.

Just like to say I think this site is great, been reading a few different topics as well as articles so I'll see you around.

as Craig says welcome Ben, make sure you come along to some of the meets, they can be a bit of a laugh as Warwick has just proved, donuts and power slides on grass are definatly good fun

Out of interest, how much did you pay for your new yellow peril and was it from dealer and what part of the country (if you don't mind saying)? Just curious on resale values and how much dealers are selling them for when the 3 years or so is up.

Get some pics up of your motor when you have it..... I still hanker after a yellow car since nearly getting a Westfield in yellow. Needs to be something opentop and sporty though so should look fine and dandy s:D

Hanslow, I'm paying just over 11500 for it, not too far from where I live in Gloucester, and NOT from a dealer which is over the book price but buying on the condition etc i think it'll be worth it. Will get some pics up when I have it. s8)
