Excellent before and after pics!

I'm not usually foremost within the appearance section but have a look around for pics/prices for upgrading to the newer '03 side-vents.    s8) 8) s8)

Ow thanks,

I havn't really done much too it (yet), its amazing what a good clean can o to it - Autoglym extra gloss protection, nice.

I thought about clear side repeaters, if i had any other colour car and/or the fron indicators wernt yellow id probably do it. But as it is, i prefer them to match up. I don't think the orange looks to bad.

As for the side vents, if a pair of black 'uns comes up id have a go at buying them. I don't think the greys looks too bad - its worse when cleaned and in photos. I supose i have a thing about making a pre 03 model look like a post 03 model as well. probs should buy a 03 model!

I think the exhaust is the thing to change, but it's also the big £££'s so might have to wait.

Glad you like them!

BTW For anyone atempting to swap the Suspension make sure you have some long nose mole grips for the rear sway bar.  You will be just turning that nut for ever otherwise   s:wink:  s:wink:

Oh yes, i should probably thank Adam, since he did the work putting the springs in my car, the wheels havn't fallen off or anything.

It was a good job indeed.

Although i have learnt to be very carefull on carpark ramps now.

are you on about the droplink fromt the strut to teh swaybar?

if so all you need is an allen key and an open head spanner.

Yep the droplink.  I was looking for an allen key hole but the mounting was flush, or so i thought.

flush on the outside, there is an allen key hole on the inside though you'll need to have your head under teh exhaust to see it.
