Handling car in garage

Hi guys, cars in for a mot, service.
The garage has put two new tyres on the back nexen I think, went to pick it up yesterday and there saying they took it for a drive and it's handling terrible, I popped in this morning and there going to have a play about with the tyres maybe put some conti's on, they never drove it before putting new tyres on so theve nothing to go on as a benchmark. Read loads of threads on here regarding tyres etc
Any ideas guys? Also any thoughts on nexen tyres and conti tyres.
Running 15's all round.
