Hi,

Looking at buying one of these,anyone have one fitted?
It needs to be not too loud for me.

The ones I've heard were to loud for me.

Thats about right.
Probably best to get one custom made.

mine was pretty loud even with the cat on, wouldn't say very loud at all

Took me a long time to get used to my new exhaust, BIG difference compared to stock.

pretty common so try and find someone local and go for a ride with the top down before buying.

Yes, I found it too loud after fitting and seriously considered taking it off for a while, had planned to have a run out in someone's car before buying but didn't happen & regretted it at the time.

I'm used to it now, they take a little while to run in but there are still times when the drone and odd  sort of reverb in the cabin bother me. If you can find one I think the TTE is a better balance, cobra just seems to be all about noise.

getting it hanging straight can be tricky & build quality needs some work too IMO.
