Hi,

I did a search but came up with nothing. Does anybody have a copy of the full wiring diagram for a UK mk3?

Thanks

Turns out there are differences between the UK and US spec wiring diagrams (todays latest difference was that the UK cars do not have the "daytime running light " relay, so no wonder I could not find it  s:) :) s:)  In the US cars this controls the handbrake and headlamp warning lights). The ones I have been very kindly sent are US diagrams.

Does anybody have access to / know where I can get hold of UK spec diagrams? At the moment the differences I am finding are mainly for wiring information relating to instruments behind the dash, but as the whole lot is currently sat on the bench it would be great to get hold of a complete UK car wiring diagram.

Thanks in advance

What is it your trying to do?

I am removing all wiring that I don't need for a race car and then re-route it through the centre console.

Ok on that basis there is places to go, but i would say that to take out wires i would leave everything on the dash unit and ecu. Also have a look on here as another guy not so long ago did a strip out. But i will say for the weight saving i would just leave anything your not sure of as frankly the agro for a few grams.

Miles, did you get a UK wiring diagram? I need to know which wire to cut and take across to my kill switch for ignition cut.

if you have the wiring diagram, I'd appreciate it too. Thanks.
