Wonder how much quicker "track" tyres would have been, rather than just good road tyres

Hehe they do do some really good stuff. Aii throw some 888 or ador bet there would have been another second chopped of with little effort.

Tyres is where we would spend our money on for our track car, standard shocks and lowering springs will still give body roll but you can ride the curbs a lot more than with a stiff set up.

Even used tarmac rally tyres are a big step up from anything you can get for the road and a fraction of the price you can buy 888s or the like new.
