Sitting inside the bar above my head has material fixed to it with about an inch of velcro both ends, is the internal material glued to the bar, if not how is it held.... I just have an annoying rattle that I am wanting to stop, roof clamps are fully adjusted and have tried electical tape around the roller on the catch, I guess I want access to the pocket.
