How much should o put my black cloth PFL seats up for sale for?

They are worn on the driver side bolster.

Don't quote me, but unfortunately I have seen cloth seats for as little as 45 quid. I have also heared of people just dismantling and taking to tip. My advice for what it's worth would be put them on an auction site. See how you go on.

I Got a nice condition pair of post face lift seats (balck and grey, look quite smart IMO) for £37.

No one currently wants my Leather Pre face lift seats at £50 collected.

So essentially valueless!

How much does Jack Smith charge to redo them?

Would be nice to have brand new covers.

Although I prefer them, there doesn't tend to be as much demand for PFL seats.

Wow that is very cheap! Especially seeming the price that I've seen the FL at. Well I can't afford the FLs anyway at the moment so stick to the PFL. Might have been able to if o could sell the PFL but for 40 for a PFL no chance

£2.50 and a packet of crisps.

Thread title change as couldn't be bothered to start a new thread.

Does anyone know who fitted the Alcantara and leather to Rogers seats? They where great seats, and apart from the hole in the centre they should look as good on PFL seats  s:) :) s:)

I can confirm that they were fitted by Harry at LSC.  They are grey leather with grey Alcantara centres.  This inspired me to get my PFL red cloth seats changed.  Luckily Harry was local to me in Bedworth and he did a great job on my seats - the best investment I have made on the car.

Madeira red Leather with punched Black Alcntara Centres.  I was also one of the lucky ones to get the MR2 logo sewn into the back of the seats - I understand that this was probably the last one he did like this due to copyright.  I also got the door cards changed to Madeira red leather to match.  Unfortunately, Harry retired a few months later so the club lost a great affiliate.

The misterk. Yes they where grey, two different shades. When I owned the car the seats definitely made the car a lot nicer! Do you mind if I ask how much he did them for? So I know how much I can barter with other interior fitters  s:) :) s:)

£425 for the seat retrim and £60 for the door cards & that was in May 2010.  Some might think that was expensive, but the seats still look like new even today, with very little noticeable wear.

Looking at the Gabbat & Brown site they can do something similar but the cost is quite a bit more at todays prices.  It's worth doing though, as I feel that the seats make the car   s:wink:  s:wink:

I looked at Gabbat & Brown and it was very expensive  s:( :( s:(

I agree, they look great and really do turn the car from a "stylish" car to a "luxury" car! Just I think for that price I have more pressing issues  s:( :( s:(  I wonder whether its the material or the man hours that makes the price so high. If J. Smith in Swansea can do a roof for under £300, I don't know why they cant do a couple of seats for the same price!

Jack Smiths also do leather seats
Think of that new leather feel on your seats:D
