Change to small ariel

I have my car aprts and the electric ariel has never worked and looks awful how do I disconnect the ariel lead from the current one and put in a new one that I can change to a small stubby one


Any eBay links as to what will work would be great

Don't know why I should help because I like my standard "ariel" for the toy car.  Suppose you are going to fit a stubbie or a look-alike shark-fin cheapo   s:crazyeyes: :crazyeyes: s:crazyeyes:  

Anyway here's help:
The connection is via the grommet and under the rear pockets which you will need to remove for access.  You'll see the relay and the aerial plug.  How to from there has a few options.  If you search the forum you'll find a vast amount of helpful hints and ideas, and even pics   s:bounce: :bounce: s:bounce:
