Handbrake wiring

Hi all,

I've fitted a stand alone ECU replacing the original, but obviously now I've got a few dashboard lights and a temp gauge that doesn't work, most of these I've now fixed. However I can't find out how the handbrake light is wired up and the circuit diagram I have is for the US spec car and shows it connected to the DRL relay but nowhere else.  It doesn't appear to be one of the things controlled through the BEAN network, however it does work with the standard ECU.

Does anyone a UK circuit diagram and can look up the wiring for me or has already found the answer to this?

Thanks
Simon

I've found the UK circuit diagram, and the handbrake switch is connected directly to the instrument cluster. however the controller in the cluster requires the BEAN communications to be working for it to operate the light correctly.  Oh well, I've been converting the cluster to accept CAN anyway, so now I know the signal is there it will be straight forward to rewire.

I hope this is helpful to someone else.
