I use Bilt Hamber Auto Foam in a Hand pressure sprayer, diluted 5% auto foam, alot of the guys on the Detailing world forum use this method, spray it over car , leave for 10 mins then power wash off, then sometimes use snow foam , cant remember brand and hand wash, also use Bilberry alloy wheel cleaner, and when i wax the cars  i use Harly/Harley Wax, Best wax i have used in 30 years, going to get a bottle of sonax quick detailer from euro car parts as the reviews are excellent and often on offer around £6 a bottle, Hard work keeping the car looking good in this weather.   s:D :D s:D

Brizee, It is Black, Not really Black Beauty at the moment as seems to get dirty on every drive out, Love these Roadsters, this is our 2nd, think the styling and drive is awesome, they seem a bargain to buy as i think prices are rock bottom for what you get for your money.

I've only literally owned mine for a day and I couldn't imagine ever getting rid of it in fact I'm seriously thinking about using it as my daily runner and getting rid of my Civic.
I paid £1300 for my one and it's a peach...drives really well and looks the business.

Black Beauty is Bernie's car  s:) :) s:)
Built by FGRob, sold to Bernie and the very very high standard of maintenance and tasteful modification continued.
His had been treated to a ceramic coating after a professional polish. No amount of product can ever beat the look of clean, freshly decontaminated, polished and protected paint

Whats the diff between auto foam and snow foam?
Does the hand pressure sprayer give enough for a creamy snow coating

The Auto-Foam is a snow foam, but many of the detailers use the auto foam  in a hand pressure sprayer as it is much less wasteful than using it in a snow foam lance, it does not foam up at all in a hand sprayer just soaks into the dirt , after 10 mins just wash off, then hand wash as you would if you had snow foamed your car, lots of info on Detailing world about those who use this method.

Right I need some snow foam. All this grit on the car is just begging for a pre-wash.
I think I've even said a one point that snow foam is a bit of a gimmick, but having now done  a handful of washes without it, I can say that it is not!!
Its so much more work cleaning the thing now.
Also I go through 2 rinse buckets with the roads as they are.

So, where do I get this angel snow down stuff?

Have you ordered Angelwax products? Would be great to hear someone else's opinion.

I was talking to one of my neighbours last week and it turns out he also has and is a fan of the Angelwax products.  s:) :) s:)

ffs, your car will be demanding a nice glass of oil & some scented candles whilst it's being bathed!

Oh no it's entirely my fault. And it's not like a bottle of alloy cleaner would go amiss!
I did however go to order some foam separately. 8 quid something... But then when all shipping was added it was 15.55! Sod that for a game or marbles. It'll have to wait until my next order.

Haha funny you should say that. When I opened it up I said to Helen "Look, it's like the Molton Brown for car cleaning products"

So I've used them now and here's my very short review.

Bilberry alloy cleaner:
First of all, it smells lovely! I got a little sprayer to put in the bottle, which is a nice touch by Angelwax. I sprayed it on, let it sit a bit, agitated it with a brush and let it sit some more.
Then power washer on it at medium power and the alloys came up sparkling (Helen's, not mine... Although it did a very good job on mine). Bearing in mind Helen's were still sealed with Fusso 12 month sealant. So dirt flies off anyway. Regardless, easy to apply, does the trick, smells nice, no residue.
What is missing in comparison to things like Fallout and Dragons Breath is you can't SEE it reacting. Not as satisfying. So I can't say for certain how effective it is to the less visible iron particles.

pH neutral shampoo (green liquid) :
Credit where credit is due... This shizzle iz da bombdiggidy.
Seriously though, it's got a really nice lubricity to it which makes your microfiber mitt gliiiide across the paint. It's a darn good cleaner too.
Not much in the way of suds, but.. Meh.

Due to my ordering mistake and state of the cars I actually used this as a pre-wash. Put two big squirts in the foam lance and filled 3/4 full with  water. Sprayed it on until the bottle was empty and let it dwell for 5 mins. Rinsed it off and the washing was almost done! I dare say this shampoo is a more effective pre-wash than Valet Pro snow foam.

Then two-bucket with microfibre mitt and the car was squeaky clean.
Very impressed. Will replace my usual Meguiars gold.

Rinse:
Haven't a clue what this is or does to be honest.
Thought I'd try it.
Sprayed it on through the foam lance as instructed. Let it dwell. Rinsed it off.
Only thing I can say is that it left the car with a nice shine.
I think they way to use this is to spray it on, let it dwell and then rinse it off using a big watering can or open hose to use water sheeting to rinse it off. Then dry off what's left

There you have it
