Screen within rear mirror - do they work?

i Have a Appradio with a rear view camera that's hidden in the rear grill along with some no holes invisible parking sensors in the rear bumper on my silver two and i find that they are a god send when parking
This could be a good cheap way to add a camera but watch the mirror unit is not to large that it looks silly?

That looks like a cracking bit of kit! Just what the wife could do with to stop her reversing her civic into stuff!
