Long time no visit. Looking for a good thread on engine swap

Hi guys and gals.

I have not been on the other forum since the whole password reset fiasco.  I have long since disliked most of what that place had become, but stuck around for the for-sale threads and would use some of the info on swapping out an engine.  I have been procrastinating putting in a replacement engine in my car for months now.  So I figure I should start getting back into the groove and spend some time over here and see what's new.  And to also look for similar info on engine removal and re-installation from within a home garage with shop crane and various methods to make the job easy.

I tried searching, but couldn't really find what I was looking for.  So if there is a thread that someone knows of, I would greatly appreciate a link.

I'll try to join in the conversations here where I have something relevant to offer.

Check out this Youtube channel, he has swapped over his engine to a 2zz by himself and mentions all the pitfalls etc
