There is one for sale on gumtree for £8k in Swindon. What's special about these cars?

It's got more Advisories than an Eminem album, and from what I can see, TRD spec means little.

I'm quite intrigued at what makes it seemingly worth so much. The car has apparently done 73,000 miles (even though the engine only 40,000). That's probably 4x the going rate for an imported car.
I'm not quite sure what "TRD Spec" means. Is it a TRD model? Or just some TRD bits?

At a guess, I'd say....
It has some kind of TRD body kit. It's not the full JDM body kit, because that looks like this;

or this that was released as a special JDM VM180

It's had a new engine put in at some stage, unless it's been marked down on the MOT in KM, in which case it's 45,000 miles.
6 speed? From what I can find out, there were no PFLs offered with 6 speed, of any variety, particularly with an LSD (which wasn't offered in the JDM offering)

So the question is, why is this the Holy Grail? I mean, at £8k, I could buy a FL SP240 with a full bodykit. I could probably buy a veilside with a turbo.
All of which would probably have less than 73k on them, not to mention

the trd sport/ trd spec is likey just bullshit to compensate for the way over the top price. it has trd skirts and rear lip but thats hardly uncommon and doesnt make it a trd sport. the factory trd cars come with a completely different, wider bodykit like in the first picture above and are pretty rare.
