This is definitely not for everybody, and I only use it on longer journeys, but it sure does help us skinny sods in the Numb Bum and Sore Tailbone department.  The slot goes to the rear and takes the pressure off.
You do sit higher, so our taller buddies (Other Stu comes to mind) won't be able to use it.
If you are bit shorter and suffer on longer trips, I do recommend.  Available for not much on our favourite auction site.

Thanks for that Carolyn but I think I have a generously proportioned cushion of my own.

I'm telling you , Porsche seats are the solution!
1MZFE, Emerald ECU, LSD, BC coilovers, custom middle & front under brace, F / R strut brace. Slotted discs & yellow pads, Blue flame exhaust.

Burgers, doughnuts and beer is a far more enjoyable solution.
