Seriously, with the assistance of my better half I removed the hard top and off we went for our first open air drive in the car. A little cold around the head, but having donned our beanie hats it was what buying the 2 was all about   s:D s:D  .

On stopping for a pub lunch I erected, and by god was it stiff, the soft top ( sorry just can't get away from the theme   s:oops: :oops: s:oops:  ..... it must be all that fresh air ).

Anyway, were looking forward to many more enjoyable roofless days in this coming summer. Just hopes the protection softens up a bit with the warmer weather and more use   s:wink: :wink: s:wink: .

Very similar thing here.  Only bought the car last week and although I had a quick top down drive in the week, I did 3 journeys today with the top down.  Fecking great it was too.

Though I put the hard top back on this afternoon as I had to go to Birmingham!

Mine was also stiff and damn hard to close the first time. Though a day after driving with the soft top up and it now opens/closes with no problems - guess they shrink a bit when not in use (  s:wink: :wink: s:wink:  )

Loving this car though, I love the fact I can see the front wings of the car with the bonnet sloping downwards and part of the headlights, totally different forward view compared to my old hatchback.

What is it with little kids though, I've yet to drive past any kid under 10 without them having to turn and watch the car go by   s:D s:D
