Personal opinion but if I were buying again I wouldn't put any premium on having ac, and at this age I'd buy on condition rather than spec or mileage. Unless it's mega low miles (as in, bought and kept as an ornament) I'd rather have something that's been well used and not spent a life doing short runs or sat stationary for long periods.
