I have owned a mr2 in the past and will be looking for another one in the future. I have came across a celica 140 that cost me the price of a new battery to get it home..im striping engine. Gearbox because its a 6 speed.and seats out of it along with some other parts like loom which would be handy having all the plugs if i ever went stand alone. I know brakes are no use being 5 stud. What other parts can i rob off it before it goes to the heap in the sky that would fit a mk3 mr2.

Apparently the lights sell well on Celica forums, if they're in a good state. Could even custom fit them onto the mr2!

Coil packs and injectors as backups. Can get the injectors sent off for cleaning without stopping you driving.
That's all I can think of.

What are the seats like? If they're in good condition some people prefer them to the Roadster seats and it's just a question of swapping the rails to fit.

Was bits amd bobs like steering rack calipers wishbones roll bars ect im not sure if there the same. Coil pack injectors manifolds ill be keeping and ill be taking the alpine radio aswell to fit in the vw t5. Including the 8mile cd that was in it.

Might be worth looking on the forums to see if there's any value In Celica calipers as an avenue to recoup some funds but I think they're too big/wrong fitment for the 2.

Thats actualy reminded me theres 3/4 of a tank to drain.
