hi guys, the 2 im getting comes with hard top and i believe last owner generally had it on all the time.  does this mean ill be less likyl the have the "ears" propblem since soft top will be used to being folded

Possibly, unless the previous owner poked them in. I've had two '2s, and I've never had the problem.
