PodGear Cardock

Has anyone tried the Cardock for Podgear for the ipod.  Does it fit - is there enough clearance b/w the lighter socket and the centre console?

don't know about that product but i've used one of these

bolts onto the pax seat foot mount and can be adapted to take any holder, mine holds an ipaq case for satnav
