Wheel Exchange by Toyota?

Whats the rules from Toyota about exchanging bubbling wheels?  are they covered by the 7 year warranty?  My car is a 2003, has had a new exchange set by MrT (dont know when) but the latst ones are going again.

only in the main warranty - 3 years

Otherwise our wheel issues combined with dodgy engines would be enough to send Mr T the way of GM   s:( :( s:(
ex 02 Black, 00 Silver, 53 Black, 03 in silver - then s2000, civic type r, mini jcw, civic type r, Alfa Brera, z4 si coupe, now m135i. Still miss the 2 and will have another one someday....

...and the new set is unfortunately only warranted to the end of the 3 years on the first set (ie when car is 36 months old)...as with most warranty items.
