They do the pads for garage trolley jacks, might be able to help with pads for axle stands?

Or you could just try ice hockey pucks, cut to suit.

Over the years i've been on several US mailing lists and forums, and the ease with which they can get stuff makes me realise how behind the game we are here.
Sheer numbers I suppose.

I just use a rubber mouse mat cut into strips and doubled over, simples !!
