Headunit removal

How do you remove the standard double din sony headunit?
i can find loads about fitting new headunit's but nowt about removing the old one  s:? :? s:?

Follow the instructions there, the first half or so details removing the stock stereo. (Essentially, remove all the trim as per that article, and the stock stereo is held in by four screws that will be facing you - you can see them in the pictures).
