Hi, I'm interested in having a unichip fitted but need to weigh up the pros and the cons.
any advice on the matter with regard to cost, performance and more importantly, where near newcastle upon tyne I can get it fitted.  s:?: :?: s:?:

I would search UNICHIP - there is tons of detail.

All the other questions you have depend on many factors, but basically you get an extra 10 BHP or thereabouts. If you are buying new from Dastek they will provide details of agents - also look on their website for more information.

Nearest Dastek to us is in Scotland - just north of Edinburgh I think. Like Roger says, check their website and give them a call.
