Got all my parts from Mr T (as per the excellent Article) for changing my stereo to get rid of the fisher price but have 1 question. In the Article the stereo is being fitted to replace no stereo and mention is made of needing a wiring loom to plug into the back of the new head unit and the car. As I'm replacing the existing stereo do I need this or is it just a case of unplugging from the back of the Mr T and plugging into my new stereo (a pioneer) ?

Cheers for the help,

Deacon

It's the big nasty lump of plastic commonly called the fisher price I believe. Cars a 55 reg.

autoleads do a harness available from halfords otherwise you could just chop the wires and resplice to an iso connector.

probably best just buying the harness adaptor though...
