Had a quick search and couldn't find anything about this - so I do hope I am not covering old ground.

I have recently replaced OE alloys (2002) car that were wonderful and unblemished until last night   s:( :( s:(

A kerb must have jumped out   s:? :? s:?  and rubbed itself against my wheel, as I now have a light 1 inch scratch despite being very very careful..

My q is this... I plan just to touch up with silver paint. I assume some of you have done this in the past - so what silver colour codes did you think matched the stock toyota silver the best?
I was just going to bung on some silver touch up from one of our other cars, but maybe there is a colour code so I can get an exact match made up?

Many thanks

I am sure there probably is a silver code that T wheel manufacturers use to assure consistency - but as you say, nobody seems to know  s:? :? s:?

If anyone has used 'any old silver' and achieved an acceptable match, do you recall what pain it was (i.e. Ford silver etc)

Cheers,...

I used Toyota lucerne silver that I had left from my last car and it seems a pretty good match!
