Standard CD Head Unit code locked?

Do you know if the standard fisherprice CD Head units in the facelift models are code locked?  Can't find one in my owners pack   s:? :? s:?

Don't reckon so.

My Ford is, and whenever I disconnect the battery have to re-enter the code. Never had to do that on the 2, and was never supplied with a code when I bought it (new).
