Upgrade HU to touchscreen advice please

Hi just a quick question has any one bought or fitted one of these touchscreen dvd players?They seem very cheap is that for a reason?Should i be looking for anything that this doesn't offer?

I can't see anything really wrong with them from first glance, but there's got to be a catch for that sort of price. 2nd one looks ace though.  s8) s8)
