My Plannage! Need a bit of helpage!

I have recently installed a single din Kenwood head unit into the car and to finish of the ice in my car i wish to add some rear speakers!

I already have the speakers (5 1/2'' Kenwood ones). My question is how do I go about the following?

(1) Cutting the storage bin doors?
(2) Taking up the carpet to feed the wires?

how do i go about removing the plastic sill? just dont want to snap/break anything.

kneel outside teh car, grip plastic with fingers under teh inside lip and pull

put ti back in reverse locating teh external lugs first or it will break
