Can you buy a set of USA Headlights for LHD and fit them to a RHD? How do you change the beam angle?
Can it be done?

Very simple answer - NO!

The deflectors (and hence beam pattern) are completely different shapes - it's not just about angles.

Cheers Steve, and this would be an MOT failure as well as being dangerous?

I think you meant no to the second half of that question, right Steve?

UK Toyota has a part number (for RHD cars) for continental beam-pattern lights.  They're recorded as "RHD, Right-Hand traffic" as opposed to "RHD" and the part numbers are identical to standard European part numbers for LHD Roadsters.

Thus, Toyota should have no problem ordering a set of left-hooker lights in the UK.
