Hi!

I installed a Defi BF Turbo Gauge an at idle is reading 0 PSI. Don't see vacuum at any time. It's like base level is zero level. I read somewhere it was because I turn de car on when installing or something like that.

I have no idea how to solve it. Does anyone have experience with this?

Thanks in advance.

With the ignition on but the engine not running, does the gauge read ~10psi?

Try the following (from Defi's website FAQ) -

Quote from: "Defi Website FAQ"15. When my car is in the state that the ignition is on but
the engine is off, the needle pointer of Defi-Link meter turbo
rises slightly above 0 (less than 1 graduation).
    How do I correct this?
Please read and follow the steps below.
1)Turn the ignition key to ON, and wait until opening ceremony ends.
2)In the warning setup mode of Control Unit, select turbo
3)You will see the warning LED on turbo is blinking fast.
While it is blinking, press REC switch and PEAK switch (for Control Unit II, press REC
switch and DOWN switch) together for more than 2 seconds.
4)Turbo returns automatically to REAL mode to complete 0 reset.

For your safety, Do not start the engine when turning the ignition to ON.

Sounds like it's that.

But just to be sure, you did install it in the intake manifold, not before the throttle plate, right?  s;) ;) s;)
Sure you can live without 500hp, but it\'s languishing.

I also purchased this Gauge, not fitted yet but maybe I can have a look in the instructions booklet for you?

Thank you Phil. I have the instruction booklet, but couldn't find that info.

I think it can be the way. Thank you very much!
