New car new stereo.

Hello,
        with the 2 coming on fri I have taken the stereo out of the old car to fit in the2 and was wondering if anyone has fitted one of these before http://www.sony.co.uk/product/ica-bluetooth-car-stereo/mex-bt2500#pageType=TechnicalSpecs? If so, do you think as it's a sony I'll need an iso adaptor?

I have ordered a single din adaptor of ebay I hope it fits. In the disription it gave the option of mr2spyder or roadster 2002-2004!!!! I ordered the later but am confused, as I thought the production dates were 2000-2005, anyone?

I have pretty much the same radio, got my 2 yesterday and will be swapping them round at the weekend.  How did it go when you gitted yours?  Was it incredbily diffcult?

I fitted a mex-4700 in mine without any real problems. The only issue was the so-called single-din adapter - I think I cut more off it than was left at the end!

And yes - you will need the ISO adapter cable.
