Help with door cards!

Right, I was following this article:  m http://www.spydermagazine.com/2000/Sept ... panels.htm m  and I'm stuck trying to get the lock bit off.

Anyone care to elaborate on this bit?

"If you wedge a screwdriver above the lock mechanism you can pop this snap clips off.  This is probably the most difficult part."

Yeah, it's tricky if you're not familiar with it. Basically you want to do what it says with the wedging of the screw driver to convince the rear clips to undo, then it slide it towards the rear of the car to release the front clip, then slide it forward and off the handle.

The clip is tight, ive found the best way is to carefully start to remove the door card and the surround will just pop off. Just make sure all the other screws have been removed first. I've yet to break one and I've removed a fair few sets of doorcards.
Another one won't hurt  .....
