Hello guys, I am new here, well been joined up for however long but this is my first post  s:) :) s:)
I have an MR2 Roadster.
I want to remove the instrument cluster to put LED's in the dials.
How do I do this, can anyone tell me or link me to an appropriate topic?
Many thanks

Its very simple but if you just follow the begining of this you will be fine.

Pull the plastic surround then remove the screws - it's that simple   s:roll:  s:roll:

Whats not so simple is fiting LED's - no matter what colour you fit, there will always be an orange filter that is part of the gauge face.

Thanks guys
How do you take the amber filter out?

You can't without replacing the entire gauge face - please search - this has been covered multiple times in the past!

No need to be so snobby about this.

Snobby? The info is there if you look for it, why is it being snobby to point that out?

Personally I have only been a member on here for a couple of months, and found others to be extremely helpfull and patient with me (considering my extreme lack of motoring knowledge), and having a pop at someone on a forum is pointless as things are interpreted differently when typed. tbh i have found the search thing to be a bit hard to source some things, but give it 5mins n you'll probably find your answer...i did   s:P :P s:P  - but im sure there will be some comments if you bump an older topic too  s:P :P s:P  lol can't win in some cases

I wrote this for USA spec cars, so some details may be wrong, but read the part about the instrument cluster illumination before taking any action.
