Just do an ebay search as toyota use mostly standard size switches so I think you can buy a switch off another toyota and it will pop in.  I replaced my window switch with a non MR2, toyota switch on my last MR2 but I can't remember if the coin holder is the same size as he other switches.

I got a couple of blanks (off this site) and just drilled a hole in it and fitted a plain black rocker switch off ebay, cheap as chips off ebay for the rockers

I don't have a coin holder and didn't in my previous car.

As for the switch, halfords or a motospares store sell swicthes that should fit in the blank / coin holder slot fairly comfortably (the latter generally cheaper for the same stuff)

Very timely.  I nearly lost my aerial this morning trying to reverse out of a hotel car park this morning. Bloody thing comes up when I engage reverse due to the reverse view camera. Must get a switch sorted on mine.
