Continuation from my Audio install thread.  The other week I bought some more flashing tape and did the whole door interior (not just the holes like before) and the door cards too.

I admit it, its make a pretty big improvement.  The audio quality is improved, most significantly the bass response.  I'm getting near sub bass from the doors without any rattles even at high volumes.  Very very impressed.

In hindsight I'm getting better SQ from a cheapish set (£70) of speakers with fully deadened doors than what I got from my last MR2 that had £150+ rainbows with partially deadened doors!

I'm probably going to sell my custom made sub box and sub now, I don't need it anymore   s:D :D s:D

So £15 10m roll of B&Q flashing tape, you can't use too much of this stuff.
2003 Silver MR2 - Very Very Standard + Leccy Renault Zoe aka the battery mobile.
Ex Blue 04 MR2 - TTE Turbo\'d ~185bhp/200lbs/ft, Sports Clutch, Breast Plate, Lowered & half decent audio
Ex Silver 05 MR2 -  SP turbo conversion 227bhp, 205lbs/ft, with  cobra dual exit exhaust.
