Facelift Fogs + C-One Bumper

From doing a quick picture search are the fog lights attached to the actual car and they stick through the facelift front bumper (as I found a pic of the bumper just having 2 holes in it)?

The question really is, anyone know if they will still be able to stay on with the C-One front bumper? Japanparts seem to have removed the parts and I can't find any pics of it anymore.
If not and I need to remove them I'm assuming it's not an MOT problem as you only need the rear light?

It looks like the holes are potentially in the right place, but might be a bit small:

Could you not get some different ones and use the stock wiring?
You only require a rear to pass an MOT though I believe.
