Can somone tell me what the cover thingy around around the headlamp bulb actually does?  I have 3 holes on my mr-s where the cover is mean't to be and just wondering what it does!

Darth - did you read his sig????

Viggs - that is a reflector. The light hits the reflector, bounces back to the big reflective surround around the bulb, then is beamed out, brighter than it would have been normally.

Very simple, yet very effective.
