sill trim removal - sorted I think!

I have searched for this under scuff plates, kick plates and sill trim and cant find a thread which tell you how to remove the plastic sill trim. Does it just  pop up or have to be pulled backward?

EDIT - Found this while look at fitting a style bar, it says it just pulls up from the inside. Thanks  s:D :D s:D

Just pull it and it pops out, do the part closer to the outside  of the car 1st there are 3 or 4 clips on that.
