Heated seat switch bulbs

When I got my car one of the heated seats switch bulbs was blown, I've taken the bulb to a few stores and they both said they'd never seen anything like it before, which is also what a lot of Toyota forums say for other models with similar parts. As it was only an option for such a short time I assume it might be hard to get hold of, the closest thing I've managed to find is this part number 90011-01038 but it's for the wrong model and is apparently brown with a green cap. It's not a massive issue if I can't find it as I can figure out where the high and low switches are anyway.

Has anyone got any clue what the part number is, or has anyone even ever had one go? Do the aftermarket kits use the same switches? Found no results via search (literally 'heated seat bulb' returns 0 and no joy with anything else) I would try CTP but I'm guessing Chris might not be sure either.

Here's a pic, the bulb screws into the side of the heated seat switch, I've not seen anything like it before either:

IIRC there is an unused one behind the panel that controls the front fogs, wing mirrors etc

+1, looks the same as what's in the speedo etc. they just pop out of the holder for changing

You mean these ones? Hmm possibly... sorry if it might've been a stupid question then  s:? :? s:?  I had the clocks off on Sunday doing my reverse beeper so should've checked then if I'd known!


Well If the black holders at the rear aren't attached then they could be the same, but this literally goes in as it is in the photo, there's a hole for a flat head hole on the underside, there is no holder or anything else in the switch just the brown bulb screws in as it is.
