Need get a continuous 12V wire bellow my MK3 2001 dashboard

Hi,

I have a new stereo that needs a continuous 12V intake but my MK3 2001 cut that power when I take the key out. Is there any wire I can bypass easily to get that power to the radio?

the wires to the radio has a 12v constant wire, and another wire which is switch via the key. use a volt meter and the key out of the ignition you will find your 12v constant wire
