fuse blowing

I am having a problem with No 25 fuse (Radio1 Power antenna radio) fuse continually blowing as soon as you put the fuse in. I have removed the radio and disconnected the arial but the fuse still blows. Anyone had similair problems or ideas as to the culprit. I'm now thinking wire short but don't really know where to start. I recently had problems with a number of other fuses blowing including the 100a one but replacement seems to have solved this.
Any ideas?
