Hi,

My '2 is due a 60k service (and a respray, and a new gearbox...) and as it's out of warranty I can't see much point taking it to Toyota. Does anyone know the schedule for the 60k service? I'm guessing there isn't a timing belt to replace as it is chain driven but do the accessory belt(s) need changing at this point?

thanks

To answer my own question, it tells you in the pack you get with the car. Confusingly it is in the 'Warranty' section. (pages 18 and 19)

The 60k should include the 'Full' 20k service, plus:
Air filter (every 30k)
Coolant renewal (40k then every 20k)
Check valve clearances (60k only)
Check charcoal canister (every 30k)

It says drivebelts need checking after 6 years or 70k anf then every year or 10k after that.

This applies to UK cars presumably.
